Activate

Soft staking — soldiers stay in your wallet. Burn 33,333 $1337 plus a flat 0.01 ETH to activate, once and permanently. Every activation carries the same weight, so your share of both streams is simply your count over everyone's. Transferring an activated soldier voids it and forfeits whatever it has not claimed.

Half the activation fee goes to the vault and half into the Dungeon, so activating funds the very loot activation entitles you to. One claim pays both streams together for one flat fee. The $1337 side pauses whenever nothing is activated, so the runway is 44.6 days of actual paying rather than of wall clock.

0.1 ETH is the minimum. Below it the swing still costs the 0.001 ETH toll, pays out nothing and adds nothing to your leaderboard total.

Trading and activation fees pool in a contract with no owner; once the pot clears the threshold anyone can slay the dragon, and the pot splits in that same transaction across every soldier activated at that instant, in ETH. No swap and no router — the fees are already in the payout asset. Nothing vests: activate before a slay and you are in it. The slayer keeps 0.5% of the pot and pays the toll from their own wallet to the dragon-slayer pot, which the weekly prizes are bought from. The toll is charged to the slayer rather than taken from the loot, and the leaderboard ranks by total ETH distributed rather than by number of slays — so there is nothing to farm by swinging at the smallest eligible pot, and waiting for it to grow is the better move.
